Refunds

Knits In by Denine LLC is a small independently owned business. All items sold by Knits In by Denine LLC are either handmade to order or made in small batches to meet current product demand and are therefore not eligible for returns unless the item(s) received are incorrect or defective.

All sales are final and no refunds will be issued. No exceptions.

 

Exchanges & Replacements

If your item(s) are delayed or lost in the mail, you will need to first contact the delivery service responsible for the package in order to resolve the situation. Knits In by Denine LLC is not responsible for any delays or losses caused by the negligence of any third-party postal or delivery services.

If the third-party services are unable to resolve the issue, then you are urged to reach out to Knits In by Denine LLC in order to receive a replacement product.

If your item(s), which were previously determined to be lost, are later delivered then it is your responsibility to either pay for the additional items or return them to sender (Knits In by Denine LLC).


If the Previously missing item(s) arrive damaged and are deemed unusable, then you are urged to provide photographic evidence of this, after which you may keep or dispose of the product as you desire.

If your item(s) arrive but the quality of the item(s) are not up to your standards, if the item(s) don't match the product description, or if the item(s) arrived damaged and are deemed unusable, then you are urged to reach out to Knits In by Denine LLC, via email: contact@knitsinbydenine.com or via direct message through the platform used to make the initial purchase, with photographic evidence in order to receive a replacement item(s).
