Order Processing, Shipping, and Returns

Stitch Markers and Progress Keepers: Expect a 1-3 day processing period before your handmade items are shipped.

Notion Bowls and Dishes: Expect a 5-7 day processing period before your handmade items are shipped.

Yes, we offer free shipping to customers in the continental United States who spend $30 or more per order. This offer is not time sensitive so order as often as you want!
After you checkout, your digital file(s) will be available for download immediately.

Once you receive confirmation that your order was successfully completed, you will find a link to download your files on the upper right hand side of your order confirmation page.

You will also receive an email, via the email address you provided at checkout, which includes a link to download your digital file(s) shortly after you place your order.
Unfortunately, due to the fact that all of our products are made to order or are made in small batches to meet demand, we are unable to offer refunds at this time.

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as the order has not been shipped.

To request an order cancellation, simply let us know by using the chat bubble on the bottom right side of your screen to chat with us.

Once the order has been shipped it can no longer be canceled.

With every unwanted experience we learn, grow, and change our practices in order to ensure situations like this occur as infrequently as possible.

If you have an issue with the quality of your item(s), please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • A list of the items that arrived damaged, broke within 30 days of the original order date, or were sent incorrectly
  • Photos of the packaging if it appears to have been opened, resealed with tape, or if it arrived in any type of packaging other than our eco-friendly biodegradable mailers
  • Your prefered method of reimbursement*.

    *We do not offer refunds, however we would be more than happy to replace the original item(s), supply you with different item(s) of equal or lesser value, or offer you a gift card with a balance that is equal to the original order total to be used at a future date.
